Jerez Historic Festival This Weekend

Historic racing comes to “the heart of Andalusia” this weekend for the final race of 2013 in the Masters Historic Series at the Jerez Historic Festival.

This legendary circuit, which opened in 1985 and boasts sunshine for more than 3200 hours per year, is 2.752-miles long and hosts the Masters series for the first time this year.

The weekend will include races from GP Masters, WSM, Gentlemen Drivers, Pre-66 Touring Cars and CanAm Interserie Challenge as well as including grids for the FIA Lurani Trophy and a local Iberian GT race. Its a busy schedule with thirteen races will being held in just two days!

The grids will be packed with some of the finest historic racing machinery fresh back from the penultimate round in Spa the other weekend. Our friends at the Denis Welch Motorsport Team will be attending to provide support to the Jaguar E-type in Gentlemen Drivers and to the Formula Junior in FIA Lurani Trophy and will be based in the Jerez Circuit Paddock in Garage No 24.
