The Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort

Calling all historic racing fans this coming weekend 30th August till 1st September, is the Historic Grand Prix at the legendary Dutch Circuit Park Zandvoort.

The first edition of the “Historic Grand Prix” was a great success last year. An impressive 31,500 spectators enjoyed various races on Zandvoort Track.

This years event has been expanded with Pre ’66 Touring Cars, Formula Junior, the German Youngtimer Trophy and the Dutch Historical Monoposto’s. The audience will also enjoy a great programme with races from Grand Prix Cars Pre 61, Grand Prix Cars 1961-1965, FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship, Historic Formula 2, Delta Lloyd Xclusief NK HTGT, Historic Monoposto Racing, FIA Masters Historic Sports Car Championship, Gentleman Drivers Series. This means about twenty races will be held in just three days!

Our friends at the Denis Welch Motorsport Team will be attending this fantastic event to provide support to the E-Type race car in the Series 8 Gentleman Drivers. The team will be based in the Zandvoort Paddock to provide a top quality, winning service to all of our drivers and car attending.

Race 8 Gentleman Drivers

Saturday, 31st of August – 17.25 – 18.05 8 Gentleman Drivers – 40 min Qualifying

Sunday, 1st of September – 08.30 – 10.00 8 Gentleman Drivers – 90 min Race
