Suzuki MotoGP Spotted

Suzuki’s 2014 MotoGP bike has been spotted again and Randy De Puniet, admitted after last weekends French GP at Le Mans, that he was off to Japan to ride the new bike this week.

Randy last threw his leg over the 800cc GSV-R in Valencia in 2011, just before the factory confirmed it was leaving the MotoGP paddock. Rumor has it that this is an all new bike, a transverse inline-four in keeping with the legendary GSX-R production bikes. Question is who is going to ride it? Suzuki will likely field a two bike team so the choices could be Britain’s own Cal Crutchlow, Ben Spies (strong ties from his AMA days), Aleix Espargaro who has regularly beaten prototype rivals consistently so far this season or perhaps a Japanese superstar coming from a national series? We look forward to seeing how well they go on track.
