RS Racing…Wildkart, Gillard & Lotus Racing Karts

Whilst out walking around a local car show the other Sunday, Paddock42 bumped into Jamie & the team at RS Racing.

Set up in 2006, RS Racing are a successful Kart team and happen to be the sole importers for Wildkart in the UK, official agents for Gillard, official agents for Rotax Engines and Lotus Racing Karts. Incidentally it was the Lotus kart that really caught our eye as it happens to be in black and gold!

RS really are part of the kart racing community being members of the BKIA, Whilton Mill, Forest Edge (their local club) and Clay Pigeon kart clubs they attend every meeting providing a full range of spares for all their customers and also provide ROTAX spares and genuine parts. Always nice to know that when you have ‘over cooked it ‘ at a meeting you can go and see RS Racing who happen to carry a large selection of good ROTAX MAX ENGINES which are available for sale or hire!

As is widely documented, many of the racing stars of tomorrow will be starting in karts, and like all things motorsport, information is always varied and mixed so its good to get in touch with an organisation who can help get you started in the right direction. RS Racing can provide everything from awning space to full arrive and drive packages and also offer driver tuition and beginner track days which include all equipment, tyres and fuel at a starting cost of £150 for the day. RS tell us that these packages can suit any individual, from experienced racers to complete beginners, so if you fancy a day out for fun or you are looking for a solid day of tuition to improve you as a driver get in touch.
