Swift Rallycross Championship…Charlie Bean ready for Blyton

Championship leader Charlie Bean heads to Lincolnshire and Blyton Park this weekend for the last round in the 2014 Swift Rallycross Championship.

The Junior Swift Rallycross Championship was introduced for 2011 and runs part of the MSA British Rallycross Championship, based on the three-door 1328c Suzuki Swift. It is a tightly controlled championship that ensures all the cars are equal so its all about driver. The cars are monitored closely throughout the season, including a car & driver minimum weight along with all fuel being provided by Peter Gwynne Motorsport to make sure all cars are running to the same level.

Charlie said: “I am looking forward to the weekend it’s gonna be a hard fight so I need to do what I have done all year…and if I perform like that I should get on alright.”

The pressures on and the title is within his grasp we wish him luck and a firm right foot.
