Marvic offers new Lola T70 magnesium Wheels

Paddock42 inbox is usually full of all kinds of stuff but amongst the scam emails we discovered a note from Marvic Wheels who have announced that they are now offering brand new Lola T70 magnesium wheels.

Founded in Northern Italy in 1954, Marvic is a sandcasting magnesium foundry that supplies many Italian and European motorsports teams/ businesses and manufactures a range of magnesium replica wheels for classic racing cars including GTA, GTAm, Stratos, Bizzarrini and Pantera Gr4 and now a new range of wheels for the legendary Lola T70. Marvic also produce brand new genuine magnesium replica wheels for all the T70 versions: MK1/2, MK3 and the MK3B.

Using 3D optical scanning of original wheels, all the Lola T70 wheels manufactured by Marvic conform exactly to the original Lola specifications as one-piece castings (no separate centres or rims), are therefore identical to the originals satisfying all safety, quality and performance requirements. These lovely pieces of engineering are heat treated for strength and have anti-slip machining inside the rim which is added to prevent physical tyre rotation on the wheel.

The Italian company also offers historic racers and restorers, custom-made products and a rebuild service for other components such as uprights, covers, gearboxes or manifolds. All sand casted in AZ91 magnesium alloy, quality checked machining and finishings making them ready to be fitted on the car.
