Snetterton Testing – 24th February 2015

Snetterton Testing – despite only 16 cars allowed to take part in a Semi-Exclusive test, Snetterton was a busy place on the other week (24th February) with lots of GT cars taking to the circuit. McLaren had two 650S’ in action with Andrew Watson, Ross Wylie, Euan Hankey and Salih Yoluc preparing for their British GT season with Von Ryan Racing.

TF Sport were shaking down their three cars – the two Aston Martin Martin V12 Vantage GT3’s had Matt Bell (who will share his car with Derek Johnston) and Jody Fannin (who will share his car with Andrew Jarman) at the wheel before their season in British GT. Also, Phil Glew was behind the wheel of a Ferrari 458 Challenge car for the team ready for GT Cup this year.

Carrera Cup cars were in force with Dino Zamparelli gearing up for a very competitive season. Simon Belcher was in his BTCC machine while a Formula Renault, MSA Formula and BRDC Formula 4 car were all on circuit. Add to that a GT4 Ginetta and Lotus, alongside Lucas Orrock’s VW Cup car you had plenty going on out on track.
