2016 DMACK Carlisle Stages is unveiled

The 2016 Carlisle Stages takes place on Saturday 11 June and continues with title sponsorship from DMACK. This years rally will be offering 44 stage miles, on six miles of stage will be double used and will include five forest stages along with stages in the Kershope (15 mile stage) and Newcastleton (13 mile stage) for crews from the BTRDA Rally Series and other regional championships.

The organisers, Roger Albert Clark Rally Motor Club, have confirmed that the rally will be a round of the Ravenol BTRDA Rally Series, the MSA English Rally Championship, the BTRDA Rally Challenge, the S G Petch Association of North East and Cumbria Car Clubs Stage Rally Championship, the Motoscope Northern Historic Rally Championship and the Association of Northern Car Clubs Forest Challenge.

The event will be based close to junction 43 of the M6 at Carlisle at the H&H Auctions premises. The competitors will depart at 8.30am and the event will conclude at around 3pm. Scrutineering and sign on will start from 2pm closing at 7pm on the Friday afternoon.

Event regulations are due to be published in April.
