Elim 2CV 24 hour Race Anglesey Ce Bon

The calendar famous, 2CV 24 hour race took place last weekend (19th & 21st August) at a very windy Anglesey Circuit as the hatches were firmly battened down in the paddock ultimate winner Peter Sparrow and Team Sealion got their heads down and secured the win.

Team Sealion had entered a two car team and the new car was still being finished as the race started rolling out the pit road firmly in last place. Battling 30-50 mph winds the teams got to work as the popular 24hr race got underway with 33 cars entered and some 700 to 800 laps later the race was won.

Lien Davies ultimately secured the 2016 2CV Racing Championship with Tom Perry finishing second for Team Gadget Racing.
