Lewis Brown RSF MSA Young Driver of the Year 2016

Lewis Brown has been named the RSF MSA Young Driver of the Year 2016 at Silverstone, last week (11th November)….

Five finalists for 2016 were 17 yr old Lincolnshire lad Brown, 17 yr old Zach Anderson from Chester, 18 yr old Nathan Edwards from Kent, 18 yr old Ben Green from Essex and fellow Essex racer Emily Rogers who is 17. The award is given each year to a member of the MSA Academy’s AASE programme, a 3 year course developed with Loughborough College.

After a tough day of physical and mental assessments along with simulation evaluation and interviews with the judging panel. Lewis will get the chance to take home a trophy and £1,000 at the MSA Night of Champions in January.

2016 saw Lewis Brown finish 3rd overall in the Ginetta Junior Championship after securing 2 wins during the year all in his maiden season.
