Paddon Takes to the Welsh Forests – Hyundai Motorsport PET

Last week Hayden Paddon and Seb Marshall completed a one day test in the Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC in North Wales.

The pair looked quick and with Hayden himself saying that he felt at home on the Welsh stages as they are very similar to those back home in New Zealand, he will be hoping for a good result in GB next week.

Now that the manufactures title is near enough over with M-Sport only needing 4 points from Wales to seal the title, Hayden will not need to worry about points for his team and will be free to attack the stages and Kris Meeke who is only five points ahead of him in the drivers standings with just two rounds remaining.

The rally kicks off on Thursday 26th October at the Tir Prince Super Special Stage under floodlights before the drivers take on the iconic stages in the legendary forests of North and Mid Wales over the following three days, finishing with the power stage at Brenig reservoir on Sunday afternoon.
