Grant Robertson is ready for Donington Park

Paddock42 rider Grant Robertson is readying himself to mix it up at Donington Park this weekend with a full two days racing at the Derbyshire circuit in the Bemsee MRO MiniTwins Championship.

Last time out at Snetterton, the young rider from Hampshire took away the silverware winning two races then taking a 2nd and a 3rd in his junior class. In the main class Grant took two 3rds, a 4th & a 6th. After this superb set of results Grant has now moved up to 4th in the Bemsee MRO MiniTwins Championship.

As mentioned in previous posts Grant has been selected by Triumph Motorcycles and is one of the ’10’ chosen for the 2013 Triumph Young Guns programme. Young Guns is all about Triumph going out and spotting new up and coming riders and selects only 10 of the best competing in UK motorcycle racing. Once selected, Triumph gives these riders the opportunity to be guided, trained and developed over the season by leading industry professionals. Ultimately only one young rider is selected and is given a factory supported ride in the Triumph Triple Challenge in 2014.
