Ginetta Have Christmas All Wrapped Up

Still thinking about what to race in 2014? Well Ginetta are getting into the festive spirit early and are offering the gift of considerable discounts for drivers committing to a 2014 season prior to December 21.

There is the opportunity of a 15% deduction in entry fee for racers who are interested in signing up for the Ginetta Junior Championship and newly rebranded Michelin Ginetta GT4 SuperCup  which will be supporting the British Touring Car Championship in 2014. The package will include complementary additions such as Friday testing, official championship race suit, event generator hire, media day entry and four VIP hospitality passes.

In 2014 the Ginetta GT5 Challenge, always boasting a packed grid, again supports the British GT Chamionship. This series boasts low-cost entry fees and if drivers commit to 2014 prior to December 21 they are also able to get a discount and official Ginetta race suit included, a total saving of £675+VAT.

Ginetta Championship Manager Ashley Gallagher said; “We wanted to make sure our 2014 offers were as enticing as they always have been, with added incentives for those who commit early. Dedicated to offering value-for-money racing across the board and with some great early-bird deals, we are hoping 2014 will be one of our most successful yet.”

So the all important statistics: prior to December 21, a full season entry into the Michelin Ginetta GT4 SuperCup will be fixed at £12,500+VAT, and entry into the Ginetta Junior Championship will be £8,495. These championships get live coverage on ITV4 and lots of media exposure,  so the Michelin Ginetta GT4 SuperCup and Ginetta Junior Championship are often the choice for aspiring young racers thanks to their marketable nature and exposure for sponsors. The TV coverage continues with Motors TV covering the Ginetta GT5 Challenge, a series that offers a genuine low-cost route into racing (fixed entry of £2,750 prior to December 21) right across all levels of experience.

Head of Sales Mike Simpson added; “The Ginetta staff in Leeds are looking forward to a busy winter with over 40 cars already on order and the build line almost full. We predict with the announcement of these deals, there will be a lot happening at head office between now and March.”

The Michelin Ginetta GT4 SuperCup is gearing up for 2014 following the announcement that the SRO homologated GT4 Ginetta will become a G55, eligible for both world GT4 competition and the Ginetta championships.
