Harewood Hill Montague Burton Trophy meeting

Sunday the 2nd of August saw some great classics from the British sportscars of the 50’s and 60’s out on the Harewood Hill for the Montague Burton Trophy Hillclimb meeting. Entries came from the Austin Healey Club and several classes of Caterham 7’s competing in the Lotus 7 Club Speed Championship.

Sunday morning was cool and cloudy with a few spots of rain for practice, leaving the track a little damp but by the time the timed runs started after lunch the track was dry and the organisers managed to get in 3 timed runs for a very enjoyable event.
