Entries open for BHRC Red Kite Stages

Amman and District Motor Club have announced that the regulations for the opening round of the 2016 Mintex MSA British Historic Rally Championship, the Red Kite Stages which will be held on Sunday 21 February, are now available…

The Red Kite Stages is one of the first major gravel rallies of the 2016 season and will be start of the new British Historic Rally Championship which will run under the stewardship of the Roger Albert Clark Rally Motor Club. The event will feature 45 stage miles and 88 road miles and the organisers promise an event ‘run by ‘competitors for competitors’ and entries are already coming in thick and fast. Entry fee will be a mere £2 increase over last years fee and is priced at £506.00.

Rally HQ will be based in Llandovery at the Castle Hotel with the central service area at the adjoining Llandovery Mart. Scrutineering and documentation will take place from 1pm to 6pm on Saturday 20 February and the first car will start at 08;30 on the Sunday.
