MSV in Silverstone bid…

Word on the street is that MSV, have made an offer to buy the current home of F1, Silverstone…

Cadwell, Snetterton, Oulton Park, Brands Hatch and Bedford Autodrome are all currently in the MSV stable, the company owned and run by ex-F1 racer and works driver Jonathan Palmer. The BRDC who own the track have already been in serious discussions with Jaguar Land Rover but this interest, along with an agreed exclusivity period, has now expired. JLR were not the only show in town, businessman and Ginetta front man Lawrence Tomlinson also made an offer for the historic circuit. Given MSV’s experience and success with their other 5 circuits they could be a fine contender – naturally camp MSV could not confirm or deny. Watch this space…
