BHP Performance Show at Lydden Hil

BHP Performance Show took place at Lydden Hill on the Bank Holiday Monday, 1st May….fine engineering and sideways action? You betcha…

This meeting and show kinda start the season for those involved in the UK Drifting and modified car scene, and this year is the 9th running of this popular event. There is plenty to see and do with classic and custom cars, trade stands plus the public even get a chance to ‘run wot yer brung’ out on the Kent track which always proves entertaining.

Current BTCC and now historic racer Andrew Jordan was in attendance and also various Grp B rally cars could also be found whistling their turbo waste gates and cracking and popping as they lapped the circuit. Lydden Hill is known as the home of the British rallycross scene and various RX cars got out there for a swift lap or two as well.
