P42’s Paddock Guide…..Its all about Brands

Paddock42 will once again be at Brands Hatch this weekend as the track action concludes with the BRDC F4 winter series. Contributors Laura & Steve will be trackside, JF capturing the Paddock and Josh Barrett will be keeping an eye on all the action to report back next week.

Plenty to witness at the Kent track as the BRDC Formula 4 Winter Championship sees Will Palmer and Gaetano di Mauro battle it out, the drivers are only separated by 12 points.The Monoposto series will showcase a final non-championship round, with Formula 3 cars, bike-engined specials and Formula Fords all lining up on the grid.

Its the 7th The annual Vee Festival this weekend at Brands, the VW Beetle-based single seaters will tough it out over two heats and a final. Also being held this weekend is the Victor Meldrew Trophy, this contest will include a wide variety of hatchbacks and saloons, with entries being handicapped based on single-lap time with drivers starting on a staggered grid. It should be interesting.

MSVT Trackday Trophy & MSVT Team Trophy seasons also conclude this weekend, with a mixture of classes the racing has been close all season in both these championships.

Well that will be the season just about over, right now its all about buying, selling and preparing and getting ready for the 2015 season….
