The championship organisers have targeted former ‘kart racers’ as prices for cars start at around £3,000 making this series an affordable way into car racing with a tight budget. The season starts in two months time and this year the MG Car Club championships continue to compete on all of the UK’s top tracks including the UK home of F1, the Silverstone GP circuit. Drivers and teams will also get the chance to travel to Scotlands famous Knockhill and race at Mallory Park, Donington, Oulton Park and Brands Hatch many of which will be double header race meetings.
